By accessing or using MedConvo's AI-powered medical documentation platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MedConvo provides AI-powered clinical documentation tools that generate medical notes from patient-physician conversations. The Service includes note generation, custom templates, real-time transcription, and medical coding suggestions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated clinical notes before use.
  • You must obtain appropriate patient consent before using the Service during clinical encounters.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA requirements.

4. Medical Disclaimer

MedConvo is a documentation assistance tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider. AI-generated notes should always be reviewed for accuracy before being finalized.

5. Subscription and Billing

  • Free Trial provides 10 patient visits or 7 days of access, whichever comes first.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all clinical notes generated through the Service. MedConvo does not claim ownership of your content. Audio data is processed in real-time and is not stored.

7. Limitation of Liability

MedConvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated documentation. The healthcare provider is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all clinical records.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
